I spent 15 years in corporate roles, working in large-scale transformation at Unilever and Henkel,  moving countries four times, building a life in unfamiliar places again and again.

I know what it’s like to be capable, high-performing, and quietly losing touch with clarity and direction. It isn’t fixed by pushing harder. It’s fixed by understanding what’s actually driving you.

That’s the perspective I bring to every session and every engagement.

It’s for those who are willing to look honestly at themselves, open up, and take action. If you’re only looking for quick advice or surface-level conversations, this is probably not the right fit.
